Source One Technical Solutions, LLC, a NJ-based staffing firm with 25 years of experience, is seeking a recruiter to join our expanding team in a full-time, fully remote permanent position. We specialize in IT, engineering, procurement/supply chain, and financial staffing.

You will source and pre-qualify candidates, manage communications in our candidate tracking system, and build relationships across high-volume environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting IT and/or engineering professionals.
• Proficient in writing Boolean search strings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Source One Technical Solutions, a 25-year-old NJ-based staffing firm specializing in consulting services, is looking to add a recruiter to our team due to expansion. This is a full-time, fully remote permanent position. Source One primarily focuses on staffing of Information Technology, Scientific, Engineering, Procurement/Supply Chain and Financial consulting positions.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc.
• Pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skill set match with available positions.
• Perform documentation of communications in internal candidate tracking database (Job Diva).

Job Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience recruiting for IT and/or engineering professionals is required
• Ability to write effective search strings applying Boolean logic
• Strong sense of urgency, highly motivated, and focused
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Besides constant phone and email interaction with candidates, must have excellent written skills for proofreading and editing resumes before submitting to clients
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with candidates and develop a network for sourcing skilled candidates
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction with minimal supervisionFlexibility to take on more responsibilities as needed
