Job summary

Catapult Sports Limited is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Boston, MA. This role drives full-cycle recruiting for advanced technical roles, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to build high-performing teams.

You will lead sourcing campaigns, manage relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience through every stage of the hiring process, leveraging Greenhouse and other HR systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting and high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to source, engage, and evaluate technical candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with social media recruiting and proactive outreach using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines through Applicant Tracking Systems ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting and high-volume hiring environments
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with HR systems; Greenhouse, BambooHR etc.
• Ability to utilize social media marketing (recruitment) for lead generation and candidate sourcing
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is expected
• Excellent research skills combined with cold calling techniques for proactive candidate outreach
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
