Job summary

Curran Recruiting is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Atlanta. You’ll own searches from kickoff to placement, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate experience across Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations/Supply Chain, IT and other corporate roles.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment.

We’re growing our team at Curran Recruiting and looking for an experienced Recruiter with a background recruiting across Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations/Supply Chain, IT, and other professional/corporate roles who is ready to jump in, take ownership, and hit the ground running!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage searches from kickoff through placement, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
• Recruit across a variety of professional roles, including Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations/Supply Chain, IT, and other corporate functions
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stay engaged throughout the interview and hiring process
• Partner closely with our team to understand client needs and identify the right talent
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with hands-on recruiting experience who is comfortable jumping into searches without extensive training or direction
• Agency or corporate recruiting experience — we’re open!
• A strong sourcer who knows how to find candidates beyond simply posting a job and waiting for applications
• Self-motivated, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing your own workload
• Someone who communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about the candidate and client experience
• Most importantly, someone with a great attitude who wants to work hard, contribute, and grow with us
