Recreation Supervisor

The Recreation Supervisor is the frontline of the Activities & Events team, executing programs designed to offer enjoyable experiences for resort customers. They inject a fun and upbeat attitude into all activities, ensuring each event follows guidelines and achieves established goals. The role requires adaptability to make adjustments as needed depending on weather or other circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff about special events, programs, and other items of interest.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
• Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost effective.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in activities & entertainment (a plus).
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, personable; customer‑centric mindset working with all age groups and demographics.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness (a plus).

Other Requirements

• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Can lift, carry, and move loads of at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
