Job summary

Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking a Recreational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Denton, TX. • Plans and implements appropriate recreation activities for patients.
• Responsible for provision of therapeutic recreation intervention for an assigned caseload.
• Ensures all patients are oriented to recreation therapy and provides hospital wide leisure, social and divergent programs.
• Serves as an educator to patients on community resources.

Education

CTRS (NCTRC) certification

BLS certification or completion within 90 days

Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
