Care Synergy is seeking a Recreational Therapist in Aurora, CO to develop and oversee activity programs for a PACE-based elder care program. You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities aligned with CMS guidelines and participant needs.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and at least one year of relevant experience, plus a valid Colorado driver’s license. The organization offers strong benefits and a supportive team environment.

STATUS: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
PAY RANGE: $21.04 - $24.72
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid Mileage/Shift Differentials/Stipends/Overtime
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile - one of the highest in the industry!
Develop, plan, organize and direct the implementation of activity/recreation programs in accordance with current state and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for a Program of All-Inclusive care for the Elderly (PACE), and Company policies and procedures. Programs are designed in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests, and the physical, mental, spiritual and psychosocial well-being of each participant.
Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
