Job summary

The Town of Parker is seeking a Fitness & Wellness Program Manager to lead community programs and staff. You will manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate registration and facility operations to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation management, at least one year in programming with two years supervisory experience, and NASM/ACE/ACSM or equivalent certification, plus CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in parks and recreation management/administration or related field.
• One year of recreation or wellness programming experience with two years supervisory experience.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training and/or Group Exercise certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate fitness and wellness programs for all ages.
• Supervise staff including hiring, scheduling, performance management and training.
• Assist with development and monitoring of budgets and cost control measures.
• Collaborate to maximize facility use and program participation.
• Oversee Run Series operations and registration systems.
• Maintain safety, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Prepare participation and attendance reports and analyze trends.
