Summary
The Recreation Team Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s recreational activities and amenities. This role serves as a working supervisor, assisting in coordinating team schedules, leading recreational programming, and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service. The Team Lead also ensures safety standards are met across all recreational facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in managing the overall daily operations of the Recreation Department.
- Assist with various activities including beaches, pools, child activities, and coordinating Camp Hyatt program in a safe and engaging manner.
- Ensure that recreation facilities and equipment are used and maintained properly.
- May lead groups in activities/teambuilding.
- Provides information concerning facilities and operations.
- Ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures.

- May require CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification.
- Interacting and communicating effectively with others.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift a moderate amount of weight.
- Must be able to withstand warm hot weather.
