Job summary

Town of Hebron seeks a Program Supervisor II to lead the development, promotion, initiation and supervision of a broad range of passive, active and developmental recreation programs for the community.

This on-site, 40-hour union position also involves hiring and training seasonal staff, program instructors and site supervisors, with a full benefits package and the flexibility to work nights and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required, along with several years of recreation experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Available for night and weekend hours.
• At least five years experience in recreation or related field or any combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, initiate and supervise a wide variety of passive, active and developmental recreation programs.
• Assist in hiring, training and supervision of seasonal staff, program instructors and site supervisors.
