Job summary

The City of Evans is seeking a Recreation Supervisor for Facility Rentals & Programs to lead state-licensed camps, senior programs, facility bookings at the Evans Community Complex and Riverside Library & Cultural Center.

You will supervise part-time and seasonal staff, coordinate with schools and community partners, manage registrations and revenue records, and promote programs through flyers and social media while upholding our EDGE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in recreation, leisure activities and facility scheduling.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise state licensed camp, senior programs, facility rentals, and general recreation programs.
• Manage and supervise part-time and seasonal staff; assist with recruitment and training.
• Input program registrations and events data; maintain revenue and attendance records.
