Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum one year experience in facility programming, recreation management, or closely related is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license; CPR/AED certifications required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in English to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programming in specialized areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and department staff to achieve programming goals; lead and participate in activities.
• Interact with patrons to provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain inventory and operate recreational equipment and AV gear.
• Coordinate facility staffing and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Maintain records; review and sign time sheets.
• Generate supply lists and submit maintenance requests.
• Process receipts, deposits, and funds.
