Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in a calm, safe, playful environment.
• Develop and run daily activities for after-school/summer programs.
• Coordinate with other recreation staff and leadership.
• Manage sign-in/sign-out and track whereabouts of children.
• Provide leadership and follow established routines.
• Transport children in a 15-passenger van (age 20+ to drive).
• Follow state licensing policies and safety procedures.
• Report injuries and file incident reports when needed.
• Enforce childcare area rules and safety policies.
