The Sunny in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking a dynamic Recreation Manager to lead our guest-focused recreational programs and activities. You will oversee facilities, coordinate a team, and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional stays for guests and locals alike.

We seek a hands-on leader with a strong hospitality mindset, capable of delivering engaging events, managing safety, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced beachfront setting.

• Previous experience in a recreation management or supervisory role.
