The Sunny is a new oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group. We seek a dynamic Recreation Manager to lead guest entertainment and oversee sports, fitness, and cultural activities for an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a recreation management or supervisory role.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and activities.
• Coordinate and manage recreational facilities, including sports courts, pools, and fitness centers.
• Lead a team of recreation staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Plan and organize special events, including themed parties and holiday celebrations.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the recreation budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
