The Town of Mammoth Lakes is seeking a part-time Ice Skating Instructor for LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes in the new Community Recreation Center. Responsibilities include teaching private and group skating lessons for youth and adults, and working about 15 hours per week during the season.
Applicants should have strong skating skills, prior instruction experience, and possess or be able to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates. Supervision from Recreation staff is provided.

We are looking for part-time Ice Skating Instructors to join us on LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes in our new Community Recreation Center (CRC) facility! This position is ideal for anyone with strong ice skating skills and experience instructing students of all ages.As an Ice Skating Instructor for the Town of Mammoth Lakes, you will provide instruction for private and group ice skating lessons, for youth and adults, and will work approximately 15 hours per week during the LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes season.
Previous experience and/or certification required.
Receives general supervision from the Recreation Supervisor(s) and indirect supervision from the Recreation Manager.

No minimum education requirements.
Experience:
One year of experience as a Ice Skating or Ice Hockey Recreation Instructor is desirable. Some experience with cash handling is desirable.
