Job summary

Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Recreation Maintenance I to support the Recreation Department in day-to-day upkeep and safety. You will perform basic maintenance tasks, operate landscape equipment, and assist with facility and amenity upkeep to ensure quality services for residents.

The role requires a valid Arkansas driver’s license, ability to work in varied weather, and willingness to work weekends or holidays if necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate landscape power equipment and tractors.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled tasks in construction and maintenance activities (carpentry, plumbing, painting, lake maintenance).
• Work in all weather conditions and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.
• Represent the POA in a positive, friendly manner and deliver customer service.
• Drive POA or personal vehicle for POA business as needed.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to supervisor.
