FirstService Residential in Winter Haven is seeking a Recreation Staff member to monitor activity areas and provide customer service to residents and vendors. You will assist in coordinating events, handle cash, and support opening/closing procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Food safety certification for concession operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Must possess strong customer service background.
• Two to three years of business experience in similar position is preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Good appearance, computer skills, verbal and written communication skills. Leadership qualities and ability to work with other people.
• Complete Food Safety Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating activities and events.
• Implement activities as scheduled by the Department.
• Monitor daily activity in their work area.
• Perform such additional duties and responsibilities as may be required by the needs of the department, the company and the Poinciana Community.
• Handle cash properly in accordance with our Cash Handling Policy.
• Completes and complies with Food Safety Certification at the concession stand.
• Assist in closing and opening procedures.
