Job summary

Navymwrkeywest is seeking a qualified individual to assist with the daily Bowling Center operations within the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation program. The role supports events, information resources, and various recreational activities for Navy personnel and their families.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and plan leisure-time activities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate KSAs related to customer service and recreation activities.
• Ability to organize, plan, and administer special events and entertainment activities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of leisure-time activity planning and recreation program goals.
• Familiarity with Navy MWR mission and community recreation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Bowling Center operations and related MWR duties.
• Support planning and execution of special events, trips, and rentals.
• Provide information and resources to customers and visitors.
• Maintain records and reports; assist with data collection for program evaluation.
• Follow oral and written instructions and adhere to safety and procedural guidelines.
