Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold Township, NJ, is seeking a Recreation Department Activities Assistant to join our team. The role supports residents by planning and leading group activities and providing 1-on-1 visits to meet individual interests.

You will help enhance quality of life by delivering engaging programs, presenting a positive image of the organization, and working with colleagues to create a warm, respectful community for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• To enhance the quality of life for residents according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• Leading group Activities and providing 1 on 1 visits utilizing interpersonal skills to meet resident needs and interests.
