Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing in New Jersey seeks a Recreation Department Activities Assistant Leader to join a compassionate team. You will lead resident activities, plan events, and provide meaningful one-to-one visits to enhance quality of life.

FT and PT shifts available; opportunities for ADC certification and practicum supervision; a supportive director and a well-equipped activity calendar. This is a hands-on role in a community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading activities and events for residents.
• Ability to develop and manage an activity calendar.
• Strong interpersonal skills for one-to-one visits.

Responsibilities

• To enhance the quality of life for residents through the leading of various Activities/Special Events, and providing meaningful individualized one-to-one visits.

Shift Hours

FT 8-4 weekdays, PT 9-4 every weekend, Mon+Wed Bingo eves 6-8pm.
