  • Guide and support individuals in community-based recreational activities.
  • Ensure safety, well-being, and positive engagement at all times.
  • Complete accurate daily documentation and maintain required certifications.
  • Foster social connections and personal growth opportunities.
  • Follow individual life plans and behavior support plans.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to complete required reports and follow agency policies.
  • Physical ability to assist individuals and lift up to 35 pounds if needed.
