Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company seeks a Lead Coordinator to support the Rhodes Ranch Recreation Center with daily operations, staff guidance, and resident services. You will be a primary contact for Recreation Center staff and help uphold policies while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment across shifts.

Reporting to the Lifestyle Director, you will assist with inspections, safety, event coordination, and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Recreation Center operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Monitor Recreation Center amenities, including fitness center, lagoons, pools, sports courts, and common areas.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to staff throughout shifts.
• Assist with training new employees and reinforcing established procedures.
• Support resident services and address resident questions and concerns with a welcoming attitude.
