Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Lead Coordinator to manage Rhodes Ranch Recreation Center operations and lead a team of staff. This role focuses on delivering excellent resident services, coordinating with the Lifestyle Director, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The Lead Coordinator will oversee daily activities, train staff, handle resident inquiries, and support events, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment at Rhodes Ranch.

• Assist with resident questions, concerns, and service-related issues; enforce policies.
• Support community events and programming under the Lifestyle Director.
• Maintain operational records, SOPs, and daily documentation.
