Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening The Dellshire in Wisconsin Dells, a distinctive four-star resort set to launch in Spring 2026. As a recreation attendant, you will help ensure guest enjoyment by maintaining clean, safe recreational areas and assisting guests with activities.

You will work with a hands-on team, support housekeeping on towels, and provide friendly, responsive service to guests. Varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• <li>Someone with a experience in a guest service role</li>
• <li>Someone with an engaging and energetic personality</li>
• <li>Someone with the ability to work on feet for an extended period</li>
• <li>Someone with the ability to communicate effectively</li>
• <li>Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.</li>
• <li>Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidays</li>

Responsibilities

• <li>Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well</li>
• <li>Work as a team to enhance the guests experience</li>
• <li>Maintain an active presence around the recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction</li>
• <li>Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available</li>
• <li>Check in arriving guests to the area, helping them to identify as hotel/resort guests and to find available recreation options for them</li>
• <li>Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.</li>
• <li>Set-up and break down the recreational areas to ensure a successful day</li>
• <li>Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.</li>
• <li>Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members.</li>

What you will have an opportunity to do:
