Massanutten Resort is seeking friendly, reliable staff to assist with daily activities, events, and guest services on site in Virginia. You will help guests sign up for classes, rent equipment, and ensure safety and orderly operations throughout activities and facilities.

Qualified candidates are at least 16 years old, with strong communication, problem-solving, and cash handling skills. The role requires a professional appearance and ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and some

• Assist in running daily activities, special events, sports tournaments, and other projects as needed; some events may require working outside for long periods

• Requires good communications skills both orally and written; capacity to understand and follow oral and written orders


• Ability to provide a great customer experience; resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner; ability to handle reasonably necessary stress

Physical Requirements

• Tasks require thorough perception and judgement
