Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Recreation Housekeeper to support the cleanliness of the River Ranch family pool area and fitness center. You will collect used pool towels and clear debris from seating areas while assisting with towel laundry for fitness and pool facilities.

This role requires reliability, English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. No prior experience specified; training provided.

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
• Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public in a courteous, patient, and diplomatic manner.

• Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy, attention to detail, speed and follow-through with a minimum of supervision.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings and mornings.
