Job summary

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino seeks a friendly Recreation Attendant to organize guest activities and ensure safe, enjoyable experiences. You’ll help guests stay active with sports, games, and pool activities while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to support resort operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of recreational activities (e.g., sports, fitness, games, or pool operations)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with guests of all ages
• Good organizational skills and attention to safety procedures
• Basic first aid/CPR certification (often preferred or required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand, move, and participate in activities for extended periods
