Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a recreation program coordinator to plan and conduct group and individual programs for residents, under the direction of the Director of Recreation.

You will document attendance, facilitate independent activities, assist residents to programs, and contribute to the care plan team to determine therapeutic objectives. This role emphasizes teamwork and resident-centered activities within a care facility.
