Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort seeks an on-call Recreation Amenity Attendant to assist Explorer Island, our family pool area with Splash Zone, Lazy River, and related amenities.

You will provide guests with water, towels, and seating assistance, while responding professionally to maximize satisfaction and ensure a warm guest experience in outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and have legal work authorization in the United States.
• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges.
• Comfortable outdoors during high temperatures.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can providesupport for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool,Splash Zone,Lazy River, and The Drop.Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also locatedon the island.

What You Will Do:

• Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedules and Hours:

• Must have (3) days of availability.
