Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting activities so students can decide how to use leisure time.
• Promote and engage student participation in community service.
• Ensure safe transport of students occurs in a timely manner.
• Assist in ensuring events are available with adequate equipment, supplies, or resources.
• Maintain communication with community and governmental sources; contacts reported weekly.
• Account for receipts and unused funds; submit excursion sheets and receipts.
• Help ensure programs stay within funding limits.
• Enforce procedures regarding property/equipment.
• Communicate and model appropriate CSS and employability skills.
• Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property.
• Adhere to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.
• Foster a conducive environment free from harassment and disrespect, ensuring a safe space.

Accounts for monetary expenditures bysubmittingall necessary student excursion sheets,appropriatereceipts,and unused funds.

Assistsin ensuringprograms stay within funding limits.

Enforces all proceduresregardingproperty/equipment.

Clearlycommunicatesandconsistentlymodelsappropriate CSSand employability skills.
