Qualifications

Job description

This position is located at Sonny Montgomery Fitness Center on NAS Meridian. This position is assigned to the NAF Fleet Readiness Branch; FFR Programs; CNIC. Incumbent performs a variety of duties in support of the Recreation Program that may include Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR), events, visiting ships or fleet support, trips, tours, outings, party and rental equipment, resale tickets, Library, Liberty, skill classes, outdoor recreation, grab-n-go, bowling, movies, fitness and sports.

  • Knowledge of the MWR department in order to answer customer questions and/or refer customers to the appropriate activity.

  • Ability to identify customer needs, deliver expected service and/or resolve routine customer issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
