The role involves designing and leading activities that promote health, wellness, teamwork, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate center activities to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive student environment.
• Work with staff members to promote positive student behavior and engagement.
• Monitor campus safety, respond to incidents, and enforce policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop life and career skills.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to maintain a productive and goal-oriented atmosphere.

Schedule

Part‑time: 20 hours per week. Tuesday‑Friday 5 pm‑10 pm; Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1‑year related experience working with youth.
• Valid in‑state Driver's License and meet company insurability requirements.
• CDL preferred.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift, pull, push, carry, reach, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds or assess lift load for assistance.
