Role Overview

As the Recreation Coordinator, you will lead engaging outdoor activities such as boating trips, watersports, and excursions, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recreational programs for all age groups based on needs and interests.
• Instruct classes, organize special events, and promote activities.
• Evaluate programs and create promotional materials.
• Ensure excellent owner/member/guest service and handle inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with groups, including using microphones for entertainment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic desktop publishing
• Ability to work outdoors in all climates
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Ability to interact with all age groups
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
