Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Therapist for our residential treatment facility in Waynesburg, PA. You will provide evidence-based therapy and support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build skills, resilience, and confidence for lasting change.

Join a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver individual, group, and family counseling, develop treatment plans, complete clinical documentation, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
