Job summary

SCADD, Inc. in Lebanon Pines, Lebanon, CT, seeks a Recovery Technician Coordinator for the Lebanon Pines facility, 2nd shift. The role oversees a team of Recovery Technicians to ensure a safe, recovery-oriented environment for clients and staff.

You will lead, supervise, and support staff, while directly contributing to safety and quality of care. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for licensure reimbursement and training.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Recovery Technicians in daily tasks.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, timecard approvals, and performance reviews.
• Schedule staff to meet regulatory and policy requirements.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Complete incident, shift, and inspection reports accurately and on time.
• Model mission, vision, and values to maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform Recovery Technician duties as needed, including client orientation and documentation.
