Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician (PRN) to support safety and wellbeing of patients within an inpatient setting in Omaha, NE. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and provide direct and indirect patient care according to Northpoint policies.

Responsibilities include patient observation, transport, activity facilitation, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and skills in English usage, interpersonal relationships and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and observe behaviors for staff review.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport-related routines.
• Provide patient observation rounds and supervise activities during shifts.
• Assist with transport of patients to and from facilities.
• Support treatment planning, discharge planning, and documentation per policy.
