Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for a trauma-informed recovery program serving adult women, including mothers with infants.

You will support residents’ recovery with daily encouragement, monitor well-being, assist with daily tasks, and respond to emergencies while preserving confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Coursework in social work or related fields advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery by providing daily encouragement and monitoring well-being.
• Administer medications and assist with daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies and transport residents as needed; collect specimens.
• Attend trainings and participate in activities to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

Support residents' recovery by providing daily encouragement, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating activities, transporting residents, collecting specimens, and attending trainings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services preferred; coursework in social work or related fields advantageous. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license is required. DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed post-hire.

Skills & Key Duties:
