Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Professional for the West Chester, PA program. The role focuses on guiding women on their recovery journey, fostering a structured environment, and promoting personal growth within a 24/7 program.

The position supports client movement, admissions, and daily operations, with a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift and rotating weekends. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift and rotate weekends.
• Ability to pass background checks and program requirements.
