Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their specific problems.
• Basic knowledge of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions. Take head counts during hourly runs and document movements.
• Screen clients' personal belongings, monitor movement, and maintain sign-out records.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily census and report infractions or incidents.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings as directed.
• May transport or assist clients to medical appointments.
• Perform room searches and random searches as directed.
• Deny access to unauthorized persons and supervise medication administration.
