Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred, not required.
• Excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in emergencies.
• Clear written and oral communication in a diverse setting.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment at all times with emphasis on quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate movement of clients around the building and grounds safely and orderly.
• Provide transportation for clients and support program operations as needed.
• Conduct alcohol and drug screens on clients respectfully.
• Assist with admission and discharge procedures as required.
• Oversee housekeeping to keep units clean and orderly.
