McCall Behavioral Health Network seeks a Recovery Support Professional I to assist clients in a residential treatment setting with therapeutic activities, documentation, and safety checks. This role emphasizes bilingual communication and coordination with supervisors.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and comfort with documenting in an EHR system. The position is non-exempt and part-time, with benefits and flexible scheduling where available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with recovering persons preferred.
• Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
• Assists in connecting clients to needed resources including entitlements and supports for recovery.
• Conducts rounds to ensure client and environmental safety.
• Participates in staff meetings; meets weekly with Clinical Supervisor.
• Collects urine samples for drug testing as requested by Supervisor and Clinician.
• Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed.
• Provides services in other residential programs as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
