Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• CRPA-P, CASAC-T, CRPA, or New York State Security License preferred.
• Familiar with DSP, BHT, Milieu Counselor in Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and engaging customer service from safety desk or residential posts.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of all clients, visitors, and personnel.
• Supports evacuation drills and emergency responses.
• Maintains accurate shift reports and records.
