Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license preferred with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work various shifts and a 24/7 program schedule.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document client movement.
• Monitor client belongings, movement, and sign-out logs.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Maintain accurate census and report incidents to staff.
• Supervise clients taking medications when required.
• Conduct room searches and safety checks as directed.
• Ensure facility security and safety, including fire drills.
• Complete written reports and electronic incident reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
