Gaudenzia, Inc. in Erie, PA is hiring for a role that supports clients in a 24/7 residential setting. You will screen admissions, monitor movement, and coordinate daily activities while ensuring safety and compliance.

A valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts are preferred. Responsibilities include orientation sessions, documenting incidents, supervising medications, and maintaining cleanliness and security of the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their problems.
• Basic knowledge of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Must have or obtain valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsabilités

• Screen and process new admissions and document client movement.
• Maintain accurate daily census and report incidents to staff.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings as directed.
• May transport clients to medical or other appointments.
• Perform room checks, searches, and monitor safety protocols.
• Supervise medication administration where appropriate.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety through regular inspections.
• Complete written and electronic incident reports as required.
