CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to assist residents in Waukesha County, WI, supporting recovery goals, daily living activities, and skill-building. The role includes documentation, transportation, and group education in a collaborative team setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; experience in human services is preferred. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and DHS training may be required after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred and meeting driving requirements.
• Completion of DHS training may be required post-hire.
