Job summary

AccessHealth in Wisconsin seeks an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide hands-on support to residents, encourage progress, and serve as a positive role model in daily activities and life skills development.

The role involves documenting client records, assisting with meals, transporting residents, supporting education groups, monitoring medications, and responding to emergencies. A driver’s license is preferred; DHS training may be required after hire.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver's license preferred and driving requirements may apply.
  • Completion of DHS training may be required after hire.
