Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Adult Residential Support Professional to provide direct care, supervise residents, assist with daily activities, and monitor safety during weekends.

You will document client interactions, support life skills, transport when needed, and participate in trainings and staff meetings, contributing to a supportive, structured environment while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to crisis-response protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license preferred, with driving requirements met
• Required DHS training can be completed after hire
