Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Recovery Support Navigator to provide quality services and case management to assigned clients in the Recovery Navigator program.

The role includes intake assessments, care navigation, and developing individualized plans with goals and objectives, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Pay ranges $22.90–$26.51 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Candidates in Master’s Program strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
• Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing care navigation services that engage, educate, and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
• Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs.
