Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Pittsfield, MA seeks a Recovery Support Navigator to provide case management and intake assessments within an outpatient treatment program. You will develop individualized care plans and coordinate services to support individuals and their families in accessing culturally aligned behavioral health resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
• Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing care navigation services that engage, educate, and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community
• Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay rate: $22.90-$26.51/hour
