Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Recovery Support Navigator to provide quality services and case management in an outpatient treatment setting.

This role collaborates with clients to assess needs, develop personalized plans, and connect them with culturally relevant behavioral health resources in the community. The position offers daytime hours, a pay rate of $22.90-$26.51/hour, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, tuition

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Masters in progress encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
• Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
• Providing care navigation services that engage, educate, and support individuals seeking treatment and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community
• Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay rate: $22.90-$26.51/hour

The Recovery Support Navigator Is Also Responsible For

• Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model.
